I set these by loading a map set to all zeros and watching the A/F Ratio with a Wideband O2 Sensor. Adjusted K until a consistent 14.7 was read at idle and at 2K no load. Latency is a bit tougher but not as critical. I tweeked latency to get a uniform smooth idle. Car runs great and idles well. I still need to re-dyno to see how my free flow exhaust has changed things.
